Ed Lammers, computer theory (Sound Bytes) instructor, graduated from Fulton (MO) High School, earned his BME from Central Methodist College-Fayette, MO, and MM from the University of Northern Colorado-Greeley. Ed plays the tuba and trombone in a variety of local groups and has performed with ensembles elsewhere, ranging from symphony orchestras to German bands to jazz ensembles. He also sings and conducts, and is involved with church music, community theater and community bands. Ed is an active composer and arranger and has produced several pieces for the Ottawa Suzuki Strings among others. He is married to Elaine who plays and teaches flute in the Ottawa community, and he has two daughters, Kate and Lynne, and a stepdaughter, Sarah. His daytime activity often includes home improvement and carpentry.
